Going with NO, Agree with Devil he is not listening to admins.

Second thing is that , if you have any proof then post it okay Admins can check alias. Many admins checked my alias I already told him the reason. If you post any proof that I am DeCent_Barbie^ then If I will be demoted so I will never mind.

I predict it will be automatically denied, I suggest you let it continue until it gets denied, because closing you application in the middle shows more immaturity.

And I suggest you make a new Admin app in 2-3 months which will give you time to improve your English and behavior.

i will close this application since:
1. his last message was that he wanted to close this application
2. he didnt reply that he still wanted to apply
3. he didnt change the format.
4. i know he is back and he said in his post he will not apply for admin app so.

so i guess that means this application is closed. you are free to apply again at any time his this application is closed on your behalf.
