Need Help getting high ping for no reason

Getting 400-450 in every server.This thing occured last night. I was playing vcmp suddenly my ping increased to 300-400 I was shocked when I saw my ping. Usually I get 200-250 ping but now getting alot high ping I need help pls help me. Can anyone give me solution??
In other games like cod4 I normally get 60-70 ping. And when the thing occured now I am getting high ping in cod4 200-250 which is too hard to play cod4.

Its better to contact your network operator as sparker also said its your network issue only
