Date and time of Rulebreaking: Today at 1:40pm.
What did he do? Describe please: I was solving a fight between two players khuabib and plakja, he came in between and started provoking just so the fight between two continues. I asked him politely to stop but in return he started abusing me and flamming the other player, i gave him 2 warns but instead of stopping he made fun of the warns and didn't stop. I demand a ban on him as he was involved in insulting players, abusing admin and provoking even when he knew that its against rules. Everything can be found in the evidence.

Found something better you know what, You could have simply told him that he was going against the rules, you could have had muted him. I don't see any images from your part which tells to make goku read the rules.

But anyways it was his fault. Goku went against the ruLes, That's bad, but you could have told him about that, right?

It's not Sardar's or any admin's job to tell any player to read the rules.The player is expecyed to know them.

yea but that guy is new to this server, He could have simply told him that goku kindly read the rules, Matter would have been settled.

Goku is not new member.He is playing from last 3 months.
2.Sardar cant mute him bcz he is admin of lvl 3 and he cant use /mute.

Even if someone is new he should have enough common snece to not insult other players especially admins and not to provoke fights.

And if not then I think I think a minor warn is enough for now.
