Angel as u told, you want a spam kicked for IRC, so here I'm presenting it, add it, then make the IRC back to use for us.

Players like I, are having a BNC account on IRC, BNC means Bouncer, which means we can always be online even if our computer is off as our accounts are hosted by other hosters, this are even free.
And also I'm way too lazy to go to the server, I can mark everything from the IRC as I'm nearly available on the IRC most of the time

There is nothing such as +1 or -1, these are just spam. Don't use these!
