Rulebreaker (in-game name): N*gga (without even this ' * ' sign, he's playing in the server right now).
Date and time of Rulebreaking: 9/6/2020 and he joined the server just right now.
What did he do? Describe please: This guy, did join the server with a racist nickname. I'd ask Sparrow, should I report him or not. He says, first warn in chat if he'll ignore you then report him. I told him many times in main chat but didn't reply to my one text so have to report him.

N*gga is used mainly among African Americans, but also among other minorities and ethnicities, in a neutral or familiar way and as a "friendly term of address". It is also common in rap music.

The next sentence in this definition is, 'It is considered to be extremely offensive if used by an outsider'. I highly doubt that this person is an african, and even if he was, an african doesn't go around calling everyone he sees a '!*"#'. Man, I've already know it's meaning that you'd define. I know these before even started playing VCMP. But while VCMP, I myself, did also use this word many times in the main chat. But after seeing administrators muting me in-server and gave me verbal warnings to many times I realised, that this word is offensive and I get to know all the history behind to this word.

"Long time ago, when Americans put Black African people in a prison and when they made them their slaves, they used to insult them and mock them by saying this word N*gga".

I know, now majority of the black american people used to call them selves N*gga each other, even if their purpose were no typo offensive or something. Now it's became their habbit to call this word everytime.

But eventually, if someone got this word offensive, absolutely he / she would doesn't like it. And as this person used this thing as his in-Game nickname, what if other players will be influence to him and do the same. Or use this word in main chat?
