I do believe this skin can be ported to gta vc, it is the mysterious stranger from fallout series and I think it'll add more variation and depth to VKs server skins roster, it has a leather coat and a fedora that makes him attractive, would love seeing it implemented. ( If it get implemented as an update I'd like to have a free pass because I suggested it to be implemented.

I guess some of you aren't familiar with modding scene, you can compress the model, resize so it can suit your needs.

No that's not what I mean. Let me explain it again. If you add to much custom content in VC-MP all the custom content will all of a sudden stop working. In order to fix it, more files than what was added have to be removed and it will end with every user have to re-download the files again. I can't confirm if this is an issue related to my computer or a VC-MP limit. The testing server has a lot more custom content than the original server but still we are getting close to the same amount as the testing server.
This is why I don't really wanna add a lot more skins nowadays and because there is a skin limit of 49 custom skin you can add as well (we are up to 46 or 47).

In that case the only skin worth adding will be 4K's profile picture. With his moustache, he is sure to rule VCMP.
