[Solved] headache

when i study and play computer when my head is paining and i concentrate ofon anything my head is paining so help me i want to play computer and my problem plzz

He Got headache not stress My suggestion that, sleep for 9 hours, play your computer less than like 2 hours MAX, dont take anything serious you are kid its your age to play not to take stress of anything In Urdu/Hindi tension lay nay ka nahi tension day nay ka ek dum jakass Very Happy

This happened to me the last year i was playing on my phone all the time just drink a tea and relax and sleep and don't play for 5 days sorry this is what i did you must do this Smile

Ask Angel, he is a qualified doctor here who gives headaches and then cures them by toturing their souls that is why you dont see him often. (Dont take this seriously and dont start sending loads of pm he doesnt like that)

Well my friend have some rest, turn off your internet connection, deactivate your facebook.
Their is a life outside your room.(dont become inactive though) Go out with ballu, eat some papdi with tea like you guys always do. Go to parks both of you, ruin the fun of other children by playing with them. Have fun, stay blessed. Stay happy.

Your problem seems to be concentration in general. If you get a headache everytime you concentrate I would suggest you to drink more water, at least 1,5 or 2 Liters a day. Eat healthy, more vegetables and fruits. And on top of that I would suggest you go see a doctor because that's not something that you should be carrying around with you all time.

I always get headaches, as a matter of fact i got one right now and it doesn't bother me at all lol. When I was little I didn't even care lol.

As Harry said try to always drink a lot of water, close your computer and just close your eyes for a couple of minutes or lie down if you can.

Amigo,
When u use computer u always in contact with keyboard or mouse, which is plastic.
Just try to google the effect of plastic on humans.

My suggestion try to use non plastic gloves while using computer. I tried it worked for me. No numbness in hand and no headache.
Alternative:- If u dont have gloves. just cover the keyboard and mouse with a cloth and start working/Playing.
For keyboard try some transparent cloth, if u do not remember the keys.

Best advice: Don't stay on the computer for more than 1.5 hours/90 minutes.

Totally fake if you ask me. There were a lot of days this summer where I basically used the computer from morning until evening, with no side effects, no problems with my eyes or my head. I also used the computer a whole weekend (5th - 6th April) in order to write some articles, still no problems. It depends on everyone now and then.

Perhaps you should eat healthier and drink more water, hari, as the use of PC has never given me problems with concentration.

this problem from 3 months does't solve my friend tell make a gogles for your eyes so i will drink more water pc play time 2 hour max..locked the topic

Well me doctor told me this because I have an extremely weak eyesight so I thought he meant it generally and mot just for me.
