Bug Report - Kill Message

Date the bug occured: Not sure but the bug occurred recently.
The command the bug belongs to: None
Description of the bug: When you hit a player who is driving a vehicle, as long as you don't damage the driver directly (like popping his head), after the vehicle explodes, the message will show that the player is died (Vehicle), you can't get the kill.
An example: when I drive-by another player who is driving a car, I can never get the kill if he keeps staying in the vehicle.
This bug occurred recently.
