Rulebreaker (in-game name): [EK]3more.
Date and time of Rulebreaking: Yesterday.
What did he do? Describe please: Kicking player from mini game deliberately.Yesterday, when my little brother who's playing in TDM, in starting he chose red team, but after winning a match, he kicked m24 saying that he chose blue team, and be in blue team. Even m24 tried to tell him that he was in red team from starting and didn't even chose blue team, instead of checking logs, and finding if its true, 3more kept on arguing.
Level in /suspects and /hackcheck info (Skip if you are not a server admin): NIL.

Players who witnessed the violation (in-game names): Sparker, Bloody, darkrazor.

Sparker joined in mini-game when the round was started and he was switching from the teams again and again. But, he was able to change the team, because he wasn't in the active round.

when sparker said him that he can't kick anyone, he just kicked an innocent player to tell him that he can use kick commands.

It seems like there were no more players in the round so 3moreee kick you guys so you can rejoin, join other team and complete the event. 3moreee should give an explanation

It's obvious that team red was about to win and none of you were afk.
3more shouldn't kick any of you according to the current rules.

I was present in the minigame but i was not spawning myself , i was not changing team, i came in the second round and i found that i was alone in blue and i told 3more to make it fair. He told e that spawn or i kick you, i said go on and he kicked me from minigame. I was surprised when he kicked me becz ive never heard of a rule in which a person is not spawning kick him. Ok maybe its a rule but after he kicked me he kicked m24 too and m24 was in red from start and 3more was not supposed to kick him.

Basically what happened is that round 2 of the minigame ended 2 - 0 for the red team. Every player that was part of the blue team switched to team red and the server would not let them spawn because the red team already had 4 players. They did not want to want to switch back to their previous team even tho 3moree told them multiple times. So basically what happened is that the blue team was left with 0 players and red had 7. So the reason why 3more kicked them every time they switched the team wasnt really a punishment but was more to keep the team balanced so they wouldn't be 0 on one team and 7 in the other. I know there is no rule that says you can not change your team during minigames like ctf and tdm but as a event staff and staff member, 3moreee has to organize the minigames. No one its to blame on this case. Probably there should be a better balancing system. However I just wanted to explain the situation since I was a witness and I was also playing the minigame.

Haven't read this report hopefully a head admin will solve it after 3more responds. Just wanted to say that the rule to disallow this has now been added. So please /minigamekick the people right when the minigame is about to end so they don't get any rewards if they don't compete.

A script update is also on the way to prevent this.

Well, I'm not really sure what happened in the event, but it is understandable tp use minigame kick for balancing purposes. Although, I didn't like the way 3more said "sparker i can Smile

" because it does give the impression that he's flexing his power and that does not look good to say something like that and then demonstrate that power afterwards. If 3more would've just kicked after verbally warning then it would've been fine, but I want 3more to be a little more careful and choose his words wisely.

I joined in the second round and bloody changed his team to red and when i joined i found out that i was alone in blue so if 3more wanted to make it fair he might have changed his team or send someone but he said spawn sparker or ill kick u from the event so admins tell me is their a rule to kick someone from minigame who has not spawned yet? I didnt changed the team i was telling 3more to make it fair but instead he used his harsh words that 《yes i can 》and kicked me
This case is clear
Now second is that if he kicked me then why he kicked m24 from redd . M24 was in red from start and he blamed him that he was in blue . He gave the statement that u were in blue as show in pic so this is unfair for m24 and as pizzadough said that he wanted to make game fair so why he didnt kicked u and himself instead of an innocent boy?
U guys are from event staff u shoud change team instead of kicking an player who is their from the starttt
I need both answers why he kicked me while i was not spawning and asking him to make fair and second why he kicked m24
U guys instead of making it fair made it unfair
U shoud be ashameddd and accept your mistake

Based from everyone's reply, 3more didn't do anything wrong. He wanted to balance both teams because, eventually, there wasn't any opponents from the red team (I was there, in the red team) and he took action appropriately. With the help of the new rule, I think we shouldn't hear any complaints in the future, in theory.

Yet though, the use of the /minigamekick command was originally accessible from the event staff so technically-speaking, this wouldn't fit for an admin report, thus I believe, for event staff purposes, we'll have a similar system for reporting bad conduct from our staff.
