Can I suggest that while typing commands like jobs or minigames won't kill the player while teleporting in jobs, counting 3 second then Player kill the other player while teleporting in jobs?

let me suggest it more.
If player is knocked and then typing it should not work and it should be like on player joining jobs player should not freeze it will be better.

The purpose of this delay is to punish evaders. It is here to stay. If you join a job while spawning the spawn protection will protect you. Otherwise go to safe area when doing this.
