Haha he was a passenger in the car LMAO!!! Didn't you see it? xDD

And I am not certain if this is a hack or not. It could be caused by a MAJOR lag and a very bad connection on his part. Or a wallglitch, probably also map mods, what it is most likely. I dont know though, not that familiar with Vice City Physics.

Not hacks! Its the mod of VCS, he's going in the road(according to his game), its like ghost city bug of 0.3, anyways he should be banned for it.
