The system we have now is literally bad, tbh. Please make the /goto or /gotoloc as like if someone uses it and they get damaged teleportation will be canceled. Also, add something that will detect HP before his /goto or /gotoloc cos players should not be able to teleporting less than 30 health.
BTW, also make them not freeze cos if he see someone approaching for him then he don't need to be standing and watching himself die and when he runs teleportation canceled Razz  . So, it will be fair for both Attacker and runner.

It'd be better if instead of being frozen, a player has to stand still for three seconds to avoid people getting killed when teleporting. If a player doesn't stand still for three full seconds, the teleportation gets canceled.

Mate, the exitprop thing is only one example, if we change the TP system, many other problems will appear and create huge inconvenience to both Angel and players.
The current system has served us many years and everyone has get used to it. Changing it just for some not important reasons isn't acceptable for most people, not to mention that the new system has several disadvantages as well.

Teleporting is actually a very big part of the VKs. I think that changing it to be fairer towards the teleporter is important. We can eliminate the problem of teleporting by falling by triggering the system that cancels the teleportation when a person moves his character by pressing the bind key for moving forward, backward, left or right instead of when the coordinates of a person changes. It can also be cancelled if the HP of a player changes, or when a person shoots, similar to the spawn protection.

Celestia, let me tell you when someone falls of a building it's not his body moving lol so the system won't detect him as moving. Also, about drowning there is marcus who saves peoples from drowning. And the teleportation system that i suggested is literally the best one there could be for DMers. Trust me, it will be good and there is no disadvantage killers can kill them as they can't teleport also defenders can defend them as they can move and teleportation will also be canceled.

Celestia is 100% right.

I (in fact all of us) use /goto if we are falling or drowning by accident. -1

So the current system is decent and let's wait for Angel is he has a plan.

As I said above, without frozen, you will die during the tele process while drowning.

In my opinion, Angel should set a key that can disable teleport freeze so if someone wants to cancel it then they can, rather being frozen even if you enter a location or name incorrectly. And I'm not a scripter, but if it's possible then damage should work while frozen for teleport except water damage. This will to avoid death evades in some cases.

water damage should work too, what if Flake(fast typist) jumps in water with 5 hp and type /gotoloc bf
ez evade :]

This seems better than the two suggestions we've got, it has the advantages of both.

I won't remove the freeze but I might add some extra delays to commands for DM users or driveby users. I am considering a few things.

No. In my ideal world I want everyone that is chicken and runs away from a fight to not be able to heal up or teleport and then return to fighting. That's why I want to experiment a little with this. At least for driveby users I'll definitely make something like this since they usually run away after their car blows up.

I am 100% agreed with Celestia. It would be good for DMers, for sure like Pavonis is a fighter. But what about for those people whom don't like fighting / Dming or defending from others? Like if you were robbing and you're worried that if you died once, you'll lose all your robbing progress and if by mistakenly a player jumped into a water from a bike with Pavonis's suggesting system, if he would not froze in the water he will die and happenly lose his all the progression. And from my experiences and feelings, I would not go with this suggestion. If it would happen, mine and other's minigame player's gameplay will be ruin. -1
