[Denied] Discord suggestion- Echo

Create a #echo channel in Discord server so that we may talk to players playing game without getting in-game.Also 95% of VC-MP discord servers have this feature so why not we. It'll be a very cool addition.

Angel has Umar have tried a lot to add this. Discord echo worked on the VKS TESTING SERVER but does not work with the hosted (official) server.

I'll mark this suggestion as denied because Vrocker doesn't allow us to add new plug-ins to the server including mysql plugin. Using sockets, we might cause the script to crash many times so not a reliable method. Summing up all, it's not possible on VKs. I've given my best shot already.
