Please check the time carefully, it clearly shows that I entered /exitprop at the same time I spawn.

Well, the first offense was witnessed by me, but I didn't look at the second offense. Judging from the logs, I can see he killed you with M4 the second time and according to our new spawn protection system, we cannot get spawnkilled without chainsaw or some other exceptions which are listed in the server rules so please check that. It is possible you pressed left click which starts attack sequence which is why you lost your spawn protection, other than that your spawn protection shouldn't have turned off and you shouldn't have been able to be killed by M4. If there was some bug in which case you didn't press left click to initiate attack, but your spawn protection still disabled then you need to provide video evidence for that so we can do anything.
