Damn!You can duel himself,he not a well skilled.Lol If was stats padding,i would have made 50/60 spree rofl.This stats was 60% of when we did 2 vs 2 with FF gays.I can even show you logs where I continously made sprees in 2 vs 2 with those black guys.Also when I was chilling with Abdo,I went to do the fight.Me Lyzor and Electron did 3 vs 1 with that ibm guy wherei got that much stats rofl...We just did 10 or 11 rounds as I remember. You should post video of RMX standing and letting me kill him lol.I know rules well.You can ask Lyzor where we made 10 sprees.Thanks for reporting me.
EDIT: Also I did 7 to 9 kills in serialkiller. What else you expect?Post a video for better proof.

Fluttershy is right, it is possible that the player was a new player. I've made many sprees on players myself, but that doesn't mean that I am stats padding. You also can't provide logs for rule-breaks, as they can easily be tampered with. Even if you had provided in-game screenshots, they wouldn't have been enough proof, as you usually need to provide a video for stats padding. In this case, I don't see any major proof of stats padding, and Fluttershy is innocent of Stats Padding, unless you provide further proof.

Underestimating Management Team ability who have more than 5 years in this VKs is a big mistake my friend. I admit it. After the investigation, I can conclude that Rmx19 was a different person, and we cannot conclude stats padding using only daystats or logs. Report will be denied based on not enough evidence. Stats padding can only be reported by a clear video or logs (if investigation can prove that both people were the same person).
