It's you.

Based from the video you uploaded, I can assure you it's not spawnkilling since opening fire, while the spawn protections is enabled, disables it. In addition, your video is very difficult to determine whether he was using aimbot due to the big chunk of the chat lines and poor video quality. Do you have any extra resources you could show us?
