VFC - Judiciary System, Introduction and Format

Welcome to a special forum game - Judiciary.

Note: This is just roleplay and fun.

In Judiciary, anyone can file a case against any player of VKs. Here, I'll decide the format, I can change the format anytime and I'll decide whether the player is guilty or innocent. The decision can even be biased. So particularly, I am the PAPA on this game. MUAHAHA
On winning a particular case, you'll be granted many exciting awards like Vk Tokens, dummycoins, cash and titles.

So the complete description of filing, participating and winning a case which I decided for now is:

- Any player need can file a case against any other player of VKs.

Filing a case means you are pointing out a person who broke the law and now, you will be proving him wrong in the court. You can even take the role of a politician and any other person when filing a case.
The player needs to make a topic in this section with the below format:
Title:

Code:

VFC - Case File against (player name)

Body:

Code:

Player ingame name:
Player Role in court:
Case Filed against:
Blamed person's role:
Details of the case:

I'll study the case and decide whether to have this case in the game or not.

The filing player will be the lawyer and will fight. While the reported player can even fight the case himself as a lawyer or even hire any other person who will fight case on his behalf.
Note: If the reported player doesn't want to play this game, he can give me a PM and I'll close the case.

- Evidence and Witness will be needed.

Yes, you need to present evidence or witnesses whether the player is guilty or not. Since it's roleplay, you need to convince other players of Vks to come up as witnesses. Here comes a point where you might even need to give money to the witness so he can give a reply in your right. The evidence can be anything, even fake will be accepted as since it's just roleplay, not real reports.

- Dates and Times

Once the case gets accepted, I'll make a new topic in the same section with the Title: VFC Court - player name
Once it is working, the players involved in the case, first the person who filed the case will make a reply. Then the defense will make a reply. They can request to call a witness and the witness can make a reply. When the hearing is going on, replies of uninvolved players will be deleted. Once the hearing is closed the court is adjourned, anyone can make a reply and those will not be deleted.

- Reply Rules

To address me (the judge), you need to use words like "Your Majesty", "Your Honour", etc.
If you are using some real-life personality, please avoid using harsh words against players since it might matter a country and you might fall under a breaking of forum rule but if you are using vks players and making imaginary personalities, you can use harsh words but to keep in mind not to cross limit and no to abuse other's clan.

If a person chooses another individual as his lawyer and defendant, does the accused person have to pay his lawyer himself, or does the court reward both the lawyer and the accused person if they win the case?

The case filer and the person accused will be given the reward only. Payment of lawyer is given my either defendant or the accused person.

How long do we wait before deciding that a person does not want to participate in the game? I was wondering because Mason still hasn't replied to the case made against him. Also, can anyone of us apply to be a judge, or a co-judge, in case you are inactive or don't have enough time?
