I understand your point or at least I think I do, feel free to correct me. But I also want you to understand my point.

He can say whatever he wants unless it breaks the rules. That's a private board that deserves protecting. People need to share their honest opinions about event staff applicant so that Rainbow_Dash, DarkRazor and the other leaders can make a fair judgment on whether or not a person belongs in the event staff. We made this because a lot of event staff members were being accepted based on their reputation and how many friends they got instead of actual activity.

If he has been mistreated or the staff has made a mistake? He can contact me and I'll look into it. But if people don't PM me how am I supposed to help them lol. I don't have time to go through a billion conversations anymore. I try to remain biased, but if the victims/attackers don't talk to me I can't help them.

The things I know right now:
- This guy hacked other people's accounts.
- Leaked private board conversations.

Did he have a good reason for this? What do I know? I didn't get a clear sign what message he wanted to bring us by breaking these rules? Did you? If so what do you think he wants since he clearly doesn't just want to PM me himself?

The reason why you were given a second chance is that you explained yourself so I could see things from your perspective. You showed signs of change and you are still to this day a man of your words. This guy has unfortunately not shown any signs or stopped breaking the rules. The admins who are more aware of these situations have been dealing with them for a very long time and they have tried to give them more chances, but it has all failed.

I can give it a go if the person is willing to contact me. But for now, his justifications are not clear.

Once again my role is to make sure the managers do their job. The manager's job is to take care of the head admins and the head admins job is to take care of the server staff. The server staff take cares of the players.

I can't do all the work myself it's why we have this structure, but I try to make it clear that I am open to any conversations from anybody, but I will remain passive unless I am contacted directly because the staff have been around for years and I trust them to do their work.

The topic he took screenshots of its private for a reason. To leak the informations that are inside that board makes it rule breaking. Exposing? There is not a event staff member abusing so he is exposing him by showing those screenshots, even in that case he can simply report that member. You cant leak informations of a private board because you are angry that you wasnt accepted in the team. I am glad Angel deleted the topic since there is no reason for anyone to see our opinions in someones application. I hope he deletes it again if the screenshots will be re-posted.

ZainKhawaja accessed the account of ShadoW (when he had ES level on forum) and he went through the ES private board. He took SS of voting applications from the board as it is not allowed to reveal votes according to ES rules. He threatened to post the private information so to save the forum from this attack, he is banned from forum
