That is just 1 spawnkill and rules say that a player can only be punished if they do it frequently. If you have more proof from that same session then please provide or the report will be denied.

If you do need the proof from the same session, then you may deny the report, since he only broke the rule once in that session.

He should be verbally warned if 4ckr doesn't post more proofs

Anyone is given the right to verbally warn them. However, this report will be denied due to lack of the player meeting the rulebreak.
