dude its a rape, replacing every single file = rape find some easy way(I didnt watch video, im just assuming that you used image tool

no i didn't , then it would change the model too

you can't change sounds by img tool. you can only change DFF / TXD and other things. but not sounds.

or, you can easily use txd workshop to explore TXD more.
