What did he do? Describe please: He was selling me a bike for 2m, but i mistakenly send him 3m, i asked him to return the 1m back, but he did not and refused and started abusing me with his friend =Boss=Wassim.
I know at first this is my mistake, but really what kind of act is this, i spent all my days for cash, only to get scammed ???

I had told him about the report and asked him to give out his defence, but he kept ignoring.
He is a big scammer.You can ask anyone out there.

Do you have evidence of you saying that in-game chat (logs) to back up what you just said?

Ice is right, he said give me 1m back, 1st =FF=Bro said, no you gave 2m, then he start saying No, i said 2m mistakenly, i want 3m.

Dude in starting of the logs provided by IceBlood, you clearly say "Ok 2m" then how could you oppose that?
See first you told him 2m is okay, but you can not ask somebody more cash after the deal is done and specially when you got his cash.

He have to do that himself, not have someone to do it for him. Refrain from posting here or a forum ban is incoming, this also includes Darkninja. (Destroyer is a witness).

More than a day passed and M249 failed to provide evidence to back up his defense he also refused to give back the cash. I reviewed the logs once again just to make sure.

M249 will receive a perma-warn and 1m will be refunded to IceBlood's account.
