Edit: First to quickly comment on Luca's reply: He is right that the evidence is valid, but it's called spawn killing and not tele-killing as I tried to explain below, Kakan.

Tele-killing is unfortunately not a rule break according to the rules. But after looking at the proof it looks nightmare is spawn killing though, because he is aiming at the exact spot where cops spawn.

If stylish has more proof then we'll wait to make a decision until he posts it (if he is going to).

Okay since stylish doesn't have the proof right now, you guys have to remember this report and maybe quote it, if nightmare gets reported again.

Technically speaking the video only shows us Nightmare killing someone that teleported to the spawn location and nothing else. Since Nightmare didn't spawn kill you or anyone in the 6 second video you showed us and since there is no such thing as a tele-kill rule, I can't really punish him.

Sure we can make the assumption that Nightmare is camping at the police spawn loc and killing cops that spawn there, but unfortunately we are not allowed to make assumptions about reports, we need to have solid proof.

The report is denied, but I am going to investigate if spawn killing is something nightmare does. I'll keep an eye on him.
