What did he do? Describe please: He posted a real photo of mine in " Post a picture of what you think our users look like " And not just my real photo he edited that photo and said some good respectful words too. After that photo was posted any Higher Rank tried to delete that post but thanks to NE.DiamondBlue who quoted that photo and replied to the topic.

Players who witnessed the violation (in-game names): NE.DiamondBlue.

The golden rule: The golden rule is that if you attempt to get around the rules or attempt doing something (that isn't in the rules) that anyone with common sense would consider wrong, you could get punished for it.
A punishment is not always required. Often a rule update is enough plus maybe a warning for dealing with the player . But if let's say someone uses a new hack that doesn't fit the categories under the cheat line, then that person would still get punished for trying to get around the rules, with a ban.

where he did get the picture of you? is it from facebook?

he is breaking the golden rule i think. i marked the words. it says we should update the rules and warn him (most of the times???), but i am not sure and i cant update the rules so will leave this to someone else.

unfortunately only forum admins can punish him and since angel is way 2 concerned about giving anyone forum admin nobody else can punish him and considering the fact that angel didn't reply to this topic means he didn't look at it yet hopefuly he will read it after seeing one of he's head managers replied to it

As Rainbow said this can be counted under the "Golden rule" which is if you try to get around the rule or try to do something you know is generally wrong, you can still get punished for it.

I've had it with you and sufy. I don't want to see more Sufy vs Stylish topics in this forum, unless it's no text and only picture proof sent to me of the other person breaking the rules so frequently or doing something extremely dangerous to the server.

I'll let another admin deal with this since I don't want to have a 24 hour discussion with sufy tomorrow. All I can say is that you are breaking the "golden rule" to some extent.

I am not sure if you are being sarcastic or not, but if you're not I appreciate that you take responsibility for your actions. Either way if you don't think you are breaking that rule it would be good to post some arguments to support it based on the rules, so that it will be easier for the admin to make a proper decision.

Either way NE, Andri or Luca will probably take a look at this topic and handle it.

The topic was made by you for fun, so what did i do wrong ? did you say in the post that posting a real photo of someone isn't allowed or anything like this ? on the other hand i didn't mention his name, oh yeah now i get it you just know how to deny innocent player's apps who want justice but you guys will never deny the app which has made by your truth respective admin. What do you want me to do about it. I look at the screenshots and then take a quick look at the rules. If you think I am reading the rules wrong or if I am misusing them then proof that I am by: quoting the rule and saying what I did wrong. Pointless statements like this just makes people angry stylish and they can never solve anything. I am already aware about how "bad" I am apparently for taking both sides and not listening to only one persons perspective.

If you think the rules are unfair try to help us improve them. Do something instead of just complaining.

He posted this picture by editing it and saying some offensive words , just to Insult/Provoke me so i do something wrong or take any action and he can report me , But as far i know i didn't do anything wrong against him regarding this report , He has posted some reports without proofs against me in the past , but those where denied , so now he is posting topics like sardar.khan use to do , to - my reputation just for the relief of his heart.

He posted this photo , no problem , But he used some offensive words + Edited my photo just to provoke me and insulted me , that he can post anything like this , and nobody will take action against him.

Rules broken.

Insulting: You're not allowed to insult other players frequently. Insulting someone includes calling players by offensive names and/or swearing at them. It is also not permitted to insult someones religion or culture. If a player is caught insulting another player frequently, he/she should be punished with a warning, kick or temp-ban depending on the circumstances. In 0.4 /mute is recommended as a first punishment.

Provoking: Provoking another player to breaking the rules by acting in a way that influence that player's behavior is against the rules. Anyone who breaks this rule will be punished in a way that is suitable for the situation. In 0.4 /mute is recommended as a first punishment.

Due to countless fights with sufy that wastes my time and due to the fact that I told you to not fight or talk to sufy again and due to the fact that you broke the golden rule in this topic. I also got some reports that you still fastswitch with RPG in close range combat, which isn't okay. I am going to ban you. Post an unban appeal that contains an apology and a text saying why we should believe that you won't break the rules in the future again and we will consider making your ban temporary.
