I port forward with Tp link but I see some videos but my server dont host I use port of server 8192

Your isp is blocking the ports. Contact Ptcl and ask them. There is no other possible way unless your isp unlocks your ports.

first block the firewall
next open port in your internet ex : 8192
next go to google and search any website port checker and check if your port active or no
but open server with your own internet is not good idea
reason : laggggggggg / when you close your pc server will close
you must buy VPS
