Hmm,
That would be a good Idea actually, If one goes invisible on the radar as well as in the game till his/her Anti-spawn kill goes [Off].

I think angel should change the world for first 5 sec and then to normal.
Btw, we cannot change server for his needs, if he is rulebreaker then cant he control yourself.

Spawn protection is like 2-3 sec only it must be extent to 7sec So in future no can report of spawn kill.

Either way is to change thebworld of player for 1st five seconds of spawn or to autokill or autodrown them as in littlewhiteys server
