The proof you've provided has further degraded your case against Signal since it proves that he sold it after 31 days. There is no obligation on any admin to sell any vehicle at all. If the time when Signal sold it coincides with the time Mo was in the server (even if it was done intentionally), there's nothing wrong with that.

Also note that you can't ask a specific admin to solve a report.
