[Denied] Server Suggestion Marcus event and bug report CTF.

1:well here is what I've in mind when marcus hosts event such as CTF then /start cmd shouldn't be allowed for any player for eg i join ctf when marcus host it then i can choose the base of my own so it'll be better if bases are selected by marcus randomly and it'll be more fun.
2: A bug in base 14 Base 14 is bugged as team red spawn outside the area of building and which is quite hard to get to flag when you don't even spawn with it and most of players don't even know where actually is base flag lol

+1 For Both . Also , about the first suggestion i guess Event Staff Members can do /lockstart i dont know but , i think they can do it . so making marcus choosing the base will be a great idea
