"Impersonating includes using a name as your ingame nickname (set in VC:MP browser settings) in the server which differs only, from another already existing name owned by a VCMP player, with 0-3 letters (excluding a clan tag if it is registered in VKs) depending on the case. This rule does not apply if the staff doesn't find any similarity between the both names or if the person who is being impersonated is okay with it. Players that are caught breaking this rule should be offered a stats transfer and get perma-warned, kicked or banned. If a player is impersonating an admin from the VKs staff or a VCMP developer (users in the Developers group on forum.vc-mp.org) then the severity is increased as it puts the server at risk and therefore a direct permanent ban should be issued."

Not sure about this one actually. =JACK= doesn't really look like a clan tag if I were, to be honest. But maybe a transfer to Jack_Sparrow would solve it.

Let me Clear something, He's =JACK=SPARROW and the Other one is =EK=SPAROW^, =JACK=SPARROW, Have Double R and =EK=SPAROW^ Have One R and Both have another Tag.

Ninja I don't use this Nick name [AK]GAMERBOY.My recently Nick name is =EMP_RUSSIAN and Check difference : =JACK=SPARROW.
=EK=SPAROW.
Everyone hear admins I don't want to change my name.i am not impersonating anyone.

Ok so if I use name [RF]Haloo_pro don't ban or kick me for impersonating as I have '_pro' and double o. For example, he used this type of name

Changed to:[JACK]Ninj4
It is impersonation man he added a tag and added double 'R'
Ok so if I use [JACK]Anngell._OffDDeeaatthh don't kick or ban me as I have so many double letters and a tag different.

There's a big difference between both names
=JACK=SPARROW
[EK]SPAROW^
and also =jack= is not a clan tag,this is not considered as impersonating according to server rules
