I reported FIVFIV and wild denied, but before posting this report, i already confirmed from @4k and [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.].Jack and they both said Yes its evade, but i don't know @Wild is wrong or @4k and [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.].Jack.. I make this topic, because i thought this matter should be discuss among all admins.

As Wild said, I also think it was a mistake by the other player and he didn’t intend to shoot you, but in my opinion we need an objective definition for combat and if we use that then we shouldn’t judge the other player’s intention as Wild did and we should see it as if attack is initiated then there is combat. Similarly to how our spawnkilling rules are. A warning shouldn’t be that of a severe punishment for a new player.

No, I mean that we know it might not be intended by that player to engage in combat, but with objective definition he did engage combat and therefore it is evade.

Then rule of evading VIA closing the game and pausing should be same because engaging in combat sentence is not written in pausing rule and it should be included.

well it has been cleared from 4k and wild they both agree that its not evade i agree too that its not evade he may accidentaly shoot without intention of fight i dont think its not big deal if he do it many times it can be but for now we agree that its not evade, so locked :p
