Date the bug occured: idk
The command the bug belongs to: no command
Description of the bug: well i have killed like 1000 cops npc cops and i did not get the reward -.- is it working or am i doing something bad ?
Screenshots you took: no screenshoot but i did count 50 and did not get reward

well,that's true even I've Killed more cops than that and didn't received that reward and even I've killed ghost of barnes like 10 times still no reward

There is reward for 50 cop kill spree in did that and didnt get anything.

I don't think that's a bug.
I think NPC kills counts when you lose wanted level completely(Using bribe pickups).Because even if you have made 75 spree of robbing and you die it won't count nor you get any rewards until you lose them via using bribe pickups.
Try doing that.
Same with barnes.

As Ninja says: Avoid the robbery system when going for these rewards. I'll look into it for the next patch coming out on sunday.
