Introduce yourself, tell us who you are so we can get to know you: Hello And Assalam-o-Alaikum Brothers My Name Is Syed Zuhad Ali Razvi And I Am A Muslim (SUBHANALLAH)  And I Am 13 Years Old I Am Student Of Class 6 And I Am Gamer Who Loves To Play Games I Played Inside And Outside Both Games But The Most I Like Is Inside I Mean Video Games And My Favourite Outside Game Is Football And My Favourite Colour is BLACK And My First Game Ever I Played In My Life Was Counter - Strike Condition Zero :v And Then I Started To Played Other Games Like Tekken , Cricket , Football , Mario ETC. Then I Start Playing Gta Vice City In 2013 And Then My Friend Who Lives In My Apartment Tell Me To Play Gta Vice City Online I Was Shocked At That Time But He Give Me Link Of VC-MP To Download It I Downloaded It I Was Newbie At That Time I Didnt Know How To Play My First Ever Clan Was DmC And First Ever Server I Played And Joined Was VKs When I Joined This Server I Was Newbie So All Killed Me And I Quit The Game Then I Thought To Improve My Skills Then I Got Skills To Kill Others From EC Then I Joined VKs Again In 2014 Then I Start Killing Other Players And I Am A Positive Thinking Person.

What do you have to do as an admin:
- I have to respect the Staff.
- I have to respect seniors, players and my friends.
- I have to be Kind Polite to everyone.
- I will always be active in server.
- I will punish those who don't have respect for our staff and rule breakers
- I will have to do my Duty equality not to do it that if any of my clan member or friend broke any type of rule i will punish them.

Why are you interested in becoming an admin:
I am interested because
1- There are many rule breakers and i have to punish them.
2- Many players ask help from players but no one response them clearly someone says type /q someone says type /kill and other type of commands so i will help players.
3- I only played VKs and EC But The Server I Most Played Is VKs And This Will Help Me To Increase My Activity.

- I am Loyal and Kind person.
- I am Helpful and Friendly person.
- I have improved myself much than before but some time i got rage when someones  abuses me so i will improve me more.

Yes.
- In the old server of Vcmp version 0.3 but i was newbie at that time.
- In a Pakistani Server I Forgot His Name But I Remember His Founders Name Was GHALIB I Dont Know He Is Here Or No.
- In Noor Maqsood Shaikh Servers Level 9 Admin Forgot Server Name But I Was Level 9 In That Server.

Where do you see yourself in 2 months with this server:
I wil be in the server.Enjoying with staff.Helping Players and friends.I have improved myself to be a good helpful and kind admin.

well, Currently You're not ready for the job,Your Game and forums activity is too low try to be more active on both forums and server and you aren't familiar with hacks as well, and I haven't seen you made some good reports out there so I'm going with a No,Improve all the things what I've mentioned then apply

As far as I remembered,you have ban evaded many times with PH4NTOM^ nick in past and this could have affected to your reputation & history.
Right now, I cannot choose my decision to vote in your current application because I'm not present both in server and on forums since a month and it is obvious that I have not observed you.So,I would like to stay with Neutral.
