[Accepted] NPC Suggestion

despite the NPC system has/have been improved alot i thought of a 2 ideas, one is useful xd and the other is unique.

1) /removeallnpc or /removeallpropnpc: similar with /removeallpickup this command to remove all the npc at once, i think this command is really useful for the players who add tons and tons of NPC's in his property.

2) IDK who to explain it : this suggestion is odd and cool at the same time, if you go to the location malibu (IN WORLD 1) inside the malibu you will see two Bodyguard and one Bartender NPC models, they don't attack BUT if you shoot them they will attack you. So i thought how about we add it in /addpropnpc as a team ID 257.
Team ID 255: Attacks all the player with any team color.
Team ID 256: Dosen't attack at all.
Team ID 257: Dosen't attack but if you shoot him he will attack you.

So that's my suggestion.
