What did he do? Describe please:Wall glitch and death evade.Last time he was banned for 24 days for death evading and also he has been banned for wall glitching but still he is breaking same rules.

well the first video is not a rule break anymore, you should notice about it on rules update.
the death evade, he will be banned this time as he had other 2 warns

As always however: Using any weapons from a place not accessible without teleporting or penetrating a solid object is still against the rules, but shooting a rocket at a wall and killing someone from the other side is not (as long as the guy shooting the rocket didn't glitch into a wall himself.

You can clearly see he was in an area which can be accessed only by the usage of commands. And that is considered as wall-glitching. Therefore I'm giving him a ban and not a temp one as he did this many times.
