Currently, players can only buy object 6000-6011 from zone, and 6012+ are not available.
I'm suggesting that add them in the zone so we can unlock some of them by cash.

The sky objects are not available in the zone. But actually object 6022-6035 is available in the zone for purchase (they're the NPC models). If you buy an NPC model you also get the very same object model.
6021 is clegane - can't be purchased.
I believe there are like a christmas tree and pumpkin they can't be purchased either because that's a reward for joining on halloween/christmas.
But maybe the skies can be added.

NPCs: Computer controlling a character.
So when you play GTA VC singleplayer. You only meet NPCs for example

/myupgrades display the object upgrades and thus the NPC upgrades since they're the same.
