Note : I didn't made this video

U may see in the above video how to make huds, But in order to change the gunsmoke, Follow these steps:-
1) goto vicecity installation folder>>models>>particle.txd   now do a backup of the particle file
2) Open particle.txd with TXD workshop
3) Then select gunsmoke , then extract the mixed picture file as png to any location on your computer.
4)Edit that picture and after done, Import the png file into the mixed view(In TXD workshop).
5)Then save it, and next copy the new particle.txd and paste 'em in GTA VC Installation folder>>models>(paste it).

6) Done Very Happy

UPDATE : I'll make a tutorial on that probably soon

Thanks baba for telling me but no need for that i have just downloaded colourfull bullets mod and extracted it into models and now i am enjoying the colourfull bullets Razz.
