Well the last video is most clear to me, that he is using aimlock waiting for other admins opinion, i also have suspects about him as geogeo cleared it, to me, it was right that he is using aimlock, but maybe there is a chance of his innocently, so lets see what other admins say.

No need to discuss anymore because the last video clearly proves the suspecious thing behind of his clear headshooting.
