I don't remember who else was there, because it was a random 1 minute thing in hours of gaming so I don't have witnesses or screenshots so I didn't include those lines. It's not like my request will be handled by a computer so I presumed it's fine to omit the N/A lines. In any case, my request depends on simple logic and on the facts already presented in the report.

I kinda agree that it is a little silly you have to be that close to the format, especially when you clearly put some though into your defense. However it does say in the unban appeal format topic that you need to provide the full format for whatever reason. N/A is fine as an answer though, which just make the whole format thing even more silly.

We ban players according to the specific reasons,we don't have the time to play with any command which is related for the maintenance of the server.

I was on the top of a depot, which is a long distance from there and you know how aiming with RPG is less than perfect. There were also another 2 players in the area (on the lower floor of the building and outside) which I killed. So it's not like all my shots aimed at Geogeo. Plus I didn't remember which glasses can be shuttered and which cannot so maybe that one shot out of the many was intended to test that. As for your response on the second argument, you're saying that because in the many years in this server I have broken other rules (most of which do not exist anymore, btw), I will never be warned? So if I simply change a device and nickname I can get away with doing whatever I want, but now I'm on some blacklist and I don't deserve the privileges that all other players enjoy? One mistake in thousands of hours of gaming = 12 days ban?! It makes absolutely no sense and is AGAINST the rules itself. Show me proof that I have been verbally warned/kicked as a warning or where the rules state that if you have been banned for other reasons in the past you won't be warned and I will withdraw this request. But if you don't show me both of those things and go on to reject this request I will quit VKs forever. It's not even a threat; fewer and fewer people use this server these days and it's becoming less enjoyable, that's why I took a month-long break recently. It's a pity because this is a great server but if you treat your loyal and years-old players like that, you're accelerating its demise by yourself. I know many of you hate me, but going against the rules to punish me unjustly is clear breach of your duties and over the top.

I'm just pointing out your mistakes what you've done(didn't argue with you uselessly) because I don't really want anyone to let play unfairly or without following the server rules,in which it can lead to harm to the server players.Please,don't take server warns as joke,if you have received a server warn before your ban it means that you are requested to read the server rules and you are not allowed to break any server rule again or you have to play with following the server rules.

Now,what I can do this is to reduce your ban duration to 5 days because you have clearly done wall glitching through explosion.
Next time be careful with this and never try to break any server rule again.

Also the rule Jack banned you for is now removed. The management team agreed that the rule was kinda stupid and shouldn't be there. However since you were punished prior the rule being removed you still have to take the punishment. But hey, at least you helped to improve the rules a little.
