I think this error occurs due to not having net frame work have you installed it

Np easy to solve.
You must have installed VCMP and then it had been asking for msvcr110 and you downloaded it as 32 bit which is wrong , You have to download 64 bit .

Thanks Hela and Electron . I downloaded 32 bit msvcr100 and p but after replacing it with 64 bit it worked. For now , am playing in EC then VKs .

Nope not right now , I am playing from my cousin laptop which don't give me complete access because when I join Vks it's getting disconnected . I know its reason , and the reason is rel003 contains libng dll something like that which is getting deleted after joining rel003 servers.

open your vcmp settings and change your url updater with this
