[Denied]Remove the timeout rule

My ptcl restart after every 10 minutes and the fucked ping always 250 and if timeout , It's not our
problem . You guys know that how nub ptcl is.

+1 This rule should be removed as nowadays ptcl is getting worse and get off automatically. This isnt our problem.btw and what if same happen with admin ?

It is to my knowledge only if it happens frequently and at convient times. If you timeout 3-5 times just when you get hit a by a shotgun shot then that's most likely evading. You can talk to player and offer him a free kill or something to get him to not report you.

Timing out when you're knocked down isn't that likely to happen. Even if it is, the rule still says if you do it frequently then you'll be punished so if it happens 1 time with you then you should be more careful. If you know your net will disconnect every 10 mins, then why are you even playing? Contact the ISP and play when your net is stable. It's not fair for those who're fighting with you, but you death evade with timeout. We cannot remove the timeout rule because there are too many ways to intentionally timeout and we won't allow that here. Also if your net is back in a few minutes then you can join the game fast and if you're lucky you can find the person who was trying to kill you and apologize to him and let him kill you once to avoid death evade.

What? my net isn't working properly from some days. Remove that rule. 2 days ago I Dueled with Black I think when I was fighting with him I was timedout is it a death evade?

Nah, -1. If you go down and got timeout at the exact moment when you gonna die and if it happens frequently then of course its a rule-break and it does makes sense that you might did it on purpose. And if you don't then that's none of our fault. Its just yours, you should fix that however. So, in my opinion the rule is right and good.

I also use PTCL I know it's shit but not that man nowadays it's not working properly it will be fixed soon.
And Fake Timeout is ezy I can do it just Pressing ALT(Fn Key)+F2 = Wifi Off of my laptop.

There's two circumstances that will not make this rule severely unfair: punish the victim if he did it frequently & timeout'ing while you're knocked down doesn't seems not accidentally what can occur. -1

Please don't follow Angela and 4K's advice on allowing the other player to free kill you.
Stats Padding: If you and one or more players attempt to get better stats by killing each other without offering resistance, then all players involved should get punished according to this rule. The punishment for stats padding is a warning, a stat reset or a temp-ban depending on the seriousness.

Also, you don't need to get killed at "convenient times" for the timeout rule to apply.
Timeout: If you happen to timeout right before or after you die unless the server has already registered your death frequently then you will be punished as a death evader.

This rule was implemented very hastily and should be abrogated and replaced by a better rule.

You aren't getting killed so the killer has better stats, you're doing it so you don't death evade and the killer gets the kill he deserved.

Also the management topic was open from a long time and you just kept replying with useless questions rather than suggesting a better rule. Today I saw the topic and implemented it quickly. Post a new topic if you want to discuss of making some changes with the rule.

Do you have any valid proof that i never use /q to quite the game ? dont just give your thoughts in air when you dont know anything
