[Denied] Admin report - Dark_Abdo

Date and time of Rulebreaking: Today, few mins ago.
What did he do? Describe please: A hacker namely [ON]Hunting who's banned all over the VC-MP was provoking me to start a fight with him in main-chat and I did so. But after sometime he came with nick "Duke_mom" and I guess which isn't allowed and I did the same thing by coming nick "Hunting's_grandmadar and Hunting's_dad_Duke" and that kid admin Dark_Abdo muted me only not him. And after a while I realize that now quitting the game with those nick is the last option so I did it so and joined with my real nick. And as I came my internet connection was lost due to packet loss or something problem with internet I dunno what happened. But as I reconnected the game "Dark_Abdo" banned me for 3 days and declared me a mute evader. Well, hackers like Hunting joined VKs to destroy the peace and players like me who plays the game fairly are banned. Well, now I realize why Dark_Sider was disappointed by VKs admin staff.

When i came ingame i told you guys to stop but you didn't stop and hunting stopped. I gave you 1 minute to stop but you didn't so i muted you but you evaded so what do you expect?

Well, you were there when he was abusing me continuously but you only muted me not him as shown in logs. Firstly, he was forcing you to ban me and you did so. It was showing that he is your dad or someone guardian as you take a minute on obeying him. I didn't evaded I left the game with those nick but I didn't joined with the same nick. I came with my real nick and not joined with the nick you muted me with then why did you banned me with my real nick however I wasn't writing something on main-chat. Or if I guess I mute evaded then, noob admin, don't you know a warn is enough on first attempt?

Firstly, /mute is not the right punishment if someone joins with an offensive nick, the right punishment is a verbal warn and if they don't change then a ban. Also on first offense mute evade the suitable punishment is a /warn and on the 2nd offense also a /warn, and then on 3rd offense a ban. Since the "offensive nick" ban does not specify the duration then we'd had to go with a permanent ban, but I don't think a permanent ban will be suitable in this situation so I'll keep it at the 3 day tempban as it is already issued by Abdo. Just a note for Abdo to be more careful to give the right punishments. Since Abdo hasn't broken any major admin rule and it's just a small fault of giving the wrong punishment, report will be closed. Duke's ban won't removed because he was supposed to get a tempban for using offensive nick even after verbal warn (as Abdo said and Duke hasn't denied, but if there wasn't a verbal warning then Duke can make an unban appeal with that proof because this is an admin report and not an unban appeal). Also 2 warnings are issues to Duke for mute evading and if he continues it then can get another temp ban. Meanwhile, I'll discuss with management to fix the punishment specified for using offensive nick since a permanent ban is not suitable.

Yes warn is enough on the first attempt but you got warned 2 times before for wall glitching. You don't have to be warned many times in the same thing to be banned.
