That's not a rule-break as he needs 3 seconds to get tp. I got a suggestion from this. Will be showed later. But still it's not a rule-break.

Unfortunately, their is no such rulebreak for evading a death using a command to teleport away. Based from the first clip, it's not possible to walk through the walls using a vehicle. Did you catch him while he was on foot?

It is possible to move through walls using the wall hack. I have a wall hack so I know but I never used it
