Here you can post your unban request if you have been banned and you want to be unbanned.
Please use the following form to make the request:

Reason given by the admin for the ban:

We will let you know if we are working on this report but please stay patient until you get a response. People who are annoying admins and managers because of their unban request wont be unbanned.

I've seen many guys mistakenly using FPV unban request format instead of unban request format so I removed the "FPV unban request [Format]" topic and added the format to this topic. Hopefully this will not make confusions for players.
