I found the proof of your evidence just because my intuition told me you didn't hack, although it's not my job to find that proof nor stay up late performing tests. If you don't provide proof ofc I can deny it. I found the proof of your evidence just because my intuition told me you didn't hack, although it's not my job to find that proof nor stay up late performing tests. You both saw his HP refill to full, but your both statements on his HP before the refill don't match as you said you didn't look that closely so how did you look so closely to determine his HP reached full after refill?

What about my time? I stayed up late last night with testing even though it's not my job to find proof in Bird's defense. Also I don't care about your threats or if you ban evade because your ban evading doesn't affect me a bit as I'm inactive these days anyways so I won't be dealing with you nor will it cause any personal damage to me.

I already got his statement from yesterday and he said completely opposite of you. In the PM I sent you I wrote that's what Arnold said to test you if you reply with actually what you saw or you just agree with Arnold what he saw.

Anyways, I'm making the decision now and will explain the reasoning behind each decision.

About Bird, did he hack? I don't know, but because 5K and Arnold's statements not matching even though they both were eye witnesses, obviously there was confusion at that moment and that's why there's doubt if Bird hacked or not. And as I've said lot of times, we can't risk getting an innocent punished, so he'll be Unbanned.

About the report, did Arnold make a mistake? I don't know because Bird has no solid evidence to prove he was wrongfully banned so we can't accept the report. Like any other report, admin reports need solid evidence and since Bird and I both failed to find such proof because the only solid proof could be a video in this occassion. In conclusion, there is no solid proof against Arnold so the report is Denied.

In the future I request the reporter to capture a video to give solid proof against the admin reported, and the admin to record a video to solidify his statement to avoid such scenerios.

Lastly, if anyone thinks I've made a mistake as I'm not perfect myself then you are most welcome to make yet another admin report on me.
