Since Allah (swt) is not a player + the insulting rule applies when Multiple people are being insulted, in my opinion this isn't a rule break.

Dude, We can't do anything other than /ignore , cause when ever some muslim noobs abuse god or Hinduism or Christianity thus they do not punish them so apart from it we have only one choice to /ignore or to check his ISP or country and Teach him manners.
