I have updated the ranks and permissions on the forum. Here is a list of all the Changes I have made in each Group. I created the banners/bars myself. Let me know what you guys Think.

Chief of the Community
- Harry has been promoted to the Chief of the Community together with me, due to the fact that he is a forum admin.
- A new bar/banner has been added to everyone in this rank:

Deputy Chief of the Community
- Can now moderate every section (they are full moderators)
- The color of everyone in this group is now blue.

Manager
- Managers are now in the group: Probationary Moderators.
- Managers can now moderate almost every section.
- The color of everyone in this group is now orange.

Head Server Admin
- The color of everyone in this group is now dark green.

PLEASE NOTE: The text marked in red is the only text that you need to read. The other text is just information (that of course is also good to read if you got time or do not understand the systems)

Rating system
VKs Official server now has a rating system. What this means is that you can now like or dislike a post. To like or dislike a post you need to press the + or - found on the upper right side of a post. After pressing the like or dislike button a numeric value will be increased/decreased for the member that received the like/dislike. The numeric value can be found under the name "Reputation" (which is located on the left side of a post or in your profile). Remember that the numeric value located in your profile is the total amount likes minus dislikes you've received.

Other good things to know:

• You can only like/dislike a post one time.
  
• You can only press the like/dislike button 5 times (this might change, vote in the poll).
  
• You can only vote once very 2 minutes (this might change, vote in the poll)
  
• You can not vote on your own posts and you are not allowed to use other accounts to do so.
  
• The color of the bar on the top right corner (after at least one person has rated it) will change depending on the amount of dislikes and likes. If a post got 2 likes and one dislike the bar will be a little red, but mostly green.
  
• I'm extremely against bullying people, so do not like posts that by anyways insults a member. For example: If someone writes: "Angel is a fag" that is a direct insult and you should not support it by giving out a like. But if someone however writes: I think Angel is a fag because..., then that is an opinion which you should be allowed to either dislike or like. If an opinion contains swear words I recommend that you do not support it, If there is a possibility that it could hurt someones feelings.
  

Point system
There is also a new system called the point system, you receive points for every post and topic you make. You also receive points for adding forum members to your friend list. The friend list is something that has been around for long, I don't think a lot of people have noticed it expect for andriusas and luca, but it can be found in your profile I think. You can find your current points in your profile and in the left corner of one of your posts.

The reason why I created this system is because it makes it easier to check how much admin applicants are active.

Recent topics update
I updated the recent topic bar to display the recent 8 posts/topics instead of 5, since some of you only check that and might miss topics when I write like 3-5 topics a day.

Please note: That if you have been rated recently it was most likely by me, when I tested the system. It could also be good to know that I only gave myself and chuck norris dislikes (with his permission of course), so everyone that received a vote during the testing phase only received likes.

Multi quote
There is now a new button called multi quotes, which allows you to quote several users at the same time. I guess i am the one who mostly needs this when I am replying to people in admin applications and such, but you guys might find some use for it too.

How to use it: Press the multi quote button at one or more replies and the button should turn read at all the replies you selected. After that just press reply as normal and every reply you selected will be already quoted in the text.

Google maps
There was a place on the forum where every registered user could go to, to view a map containing a marker showing the location of every guest and user online. The marker wasn't that accurate so that someone could actually find your house, but you could see the name of big roads and cities close to the marker.

For security reasons I removed the map because I don't want anyone to feel unsafe about it.

Age problem

NeskWriters grandpa had a problem registering because he was older than 99, that problem is now solved after months of hard working to find the solution. From now on all users younger than 110 years old, will be able to register.
