I got warned because i teleported while he rpg'd my vehicle. I told him that's not illegal according to the rules but he wouldn't listen

i don't have any material but it's a matter of rules interpretation. Bang didn't claim i evaded by killing myself or lagging to oblivion or any of the other things that, indeed, count as death evasion and are described as such in the 'Server Rules'.

Sorry to keep you waiting Dexter. We will try to get a response from Bang as soon as possible but according to Rainbow, he is not able to join his discord account at the moment, which means we have to find him in-game to speak to him.

I think it's unacceptable to keep you waiting for this long, so I will remove your perma-warn until we talk to Bang, but we will keep the report open until the matter is solved. I appreciate you bumping this topic.

Hi Dexter. Thanks again for the report as you know I already removed the perma-warn a while back and the final decision is that your perma-warn will stay removed. Bang confirmed he did in fact warn you about the things you are describing in the report. However, we have not been able to reach him in-game since he is not able to use his discord account.

Usually, we want the person who is being reported to comment on it, but it's taken too long so I am going to have to accept the report for now and issue a warning. Please let's us know if any other issues come up.
