Important Vote - World 1 objects
I am turning most objects in world 1 into XML soon and with that, the objects will also appear in other worlds. That won't affect properties and other worlds that much since most of the objects came from Flake's world 1 properties and the admin office that are underground. Even in properties, those spheres are still there anyway and just send you to a falling state since the objects were never there, so I don't think to convert them will be a problem.
Why?
The reason the objects are being converted is to reduce the lag or make the game smoother. According to Stormeus createobject (the ones I am using) sends data to every player even when they're not around to check if the object is visible or not for players.
Effect
Lag should be reduced and some objects will actually be movable now like normal world objects. Check the death arena. It however also means all objects will be visible in world 1.
Problem
What will be a problem is the fences. Do you guys notice how there are fences around the police station, print works and the construction site (i think those are the only three places)? Those fences will also be in every world and cause a bunch of problems. Especially for those who have played wod. Imagine playing the first two missions with the fences at the construction work that would kinda be annoying and look funny when Rogers and Charles go. Also it might be annoying for property owners who won't get as much freedom. Those underground places and stuff will not really affect property owners but they will affect the rest. Sure there is the death arena too, but that area is the water anyway. I don't think it will interfere with any property stuff.
Discussion
Do the fences at print works, construction site, and police station really need to exist? Their purpose was for /propdoor to be used and to be honest no one using those commands anyway on those properties. =EK=4K. (Construction site owner), Signal (printworks owner), Maxpayne (shared owner of printworks) are the only ones using those two properties.
For the police station there seems to be a lot of shared owners there and maybe we can just lock the spheres insted?

Do you guys think we should remove the fences after the conversion or keep them? I honestly don't really care for them anymore, but I can understand if some people do since they've been there for so long.

In my opinion, you should ask the owners of these properties, Vercitti Estate, Workshop, Police station, Construction Building.
Maybe there is more, so, if someone has any other property with fences, he'd say.
In my opinion, Tommy's Mansion Gate ( the entry gate on the sidewalk ) is useless. people can enter easily, also, everyone can open it, so it's really useless.
For workshop, police station, construction building, anyone can enter there with a Helicopter.
In construction building, you should've added a gate to the ladder, Not a round the building.
Little-Haiti's Police station is protected enough. You can enter the sphere and then lock the property so that no one will be able to enter it.
Maybe there is more, so, if someone has any other property with fences, he'd say.

The property owners will obviously say no. The police station seem to be the only one used. In that one, you can just lock the pickup to prevent anyone from entering (I hope I added that, I don't actually remember, will check). The gates are kinda pointless. The construction site is owned by 4K and the printworks by signal. Both of them can have fun with /propdoor without having to own a world 1 property, so they will not mind. Adding new property doors their would just be pointless and a waste of time.

For the police station I mentioned that the sphere can be locked prevent people from entering the actual station. For printworks they can only be used by the owners and shared owners. Max and Signal don't use that property at all.
Keeping them means a little more lag also, because I can't make them into XML, because it would mess up at least two wod missions and probably annoy the property owners that want to build their own stuff there.

Remove them they are useless all these things lag the game

Remove those fences but if the prop owner closes the door, use CreateObject at that time to create those. This is the best solution for now.

Thanks for the feedback I think I'll remove them since they don't really serve any purpose and people don't use them at least not two of them.
The construction site property owner can still remove the glas and the police station owner can still lock the sphere for entrance. The printworks can't do anything anymore and I am sorry to the property owners (which is two admins), but we all have to admit they're kinda cool but are just useless I think you guys would rather have less lag. You guys basically just use them twice per year lol.

Nah you don't script it lol. You just add the objects into an XML file. I have already done it btw. Might come in the next patch or 5.0.

Both Mason and Umar tested it on the testing server and said it felt smoother to fight. We won't know for sure until we release it, but if it turns out to be false, I just need to change a few lines in the script to convert it back. It's worth a try of course.
Also even if you're not serious, I take your replies as an opportunity to blabber on and provide more information.
