Server Patch Rel006

Note: These are all the rel006 features I could think of.
Patch Rel006
General
- The issues with pickups not is now probably fixed.
- Hopefully the crashes people experience now are decreased and that the lag and stability is better.
- There are now kill animations for when you die while being hit on a certain part of your body, which looks pretty cool.
- You can now copy paste a message with CTRL + C and CTRL+V from the chat. All you have to do is press TAB and then use the arrows to select the message. Be worry of the impersonation rule though so no copying and making your own fake server messages.
- I had to replace all "hats" and "pony" weapons so you might have to redownload them, the reason was that rel006 had a problem with the namning of those files, however it should now work.
- Map objects are now visible from both side in the rel003 map some objects were not visible on both side, now they should be.
- Driveby weapons are automatically equipped when entering a vehicle just like the rel003 version. I might add a script to turn this on/off in the future.
- Team kills with driveby, heli-blade and other things should no longer be possible due to rel006.
- It seems you can no longer push people by walking into them in rel006 (they thing you guys did in /fallout).
- You can now type F9 to change the scale of you radar thanks to rel006.
- The right alt button now enables the mouse if anyone is interested in that (serves no purpose from what I can see)
- Made several improvements to deduce lag in games like /onehitkill
- Fixed issues with camera angles causing huge download leaks.
- Unfortunately when you first join an active /onehitkill and other minigames the score list will look empty, this is fixed in the next patch and not such a big deal, since it updates properly after someone gets killed after you've entered it!
- Other rel006 feature can't come in the first version since I needed to release this one to make sure everything works first. Hopefully the sync is much better.
- Hopefully some hacks are disabled, but we don't have the advanced rel006 security of other servers.

- I am aware fontsize 13 doesn't work, but I didn't update that part of the script yet.

Oh, forgot to say that. The mouse thing which shows the mouse pointer when you press right alt or press Lctrl + Lalt it can be useful when you add a gui and make it work out with mouse clicking. Like on /ctf you can make the votebase as like a GUI which will pop up and asks everyone for vote. And then press Lalt + Lctrl to pop up the mouse pointer and click to vote. I think you should actually make it up cos its used in many server as its useful and easy.

It probably could, but I would probably just enable the mouse by script when voting.

Here is a list of fixes in the gameplay:
Basically, my favorite thing:
- Radio station playheads are now randomized when starting the game so radio stations don't play the same music in the same order every time.
Either way, the server looks way better now. Thanks Angel.

- -Reduced the amount of bandwidth needed to sync players and vehicles.
-Reduced the amount of bandwidth used when playing on high framerates (i.e. 60fps).
-Unrelated to bandwidth changes, vehicles should now appear to move more smoothly and warp less frequently.
-Improved the quality of on-foot sync when standing or crouching in one spot.
-Fixed players crashing/hanging when surrounded by a large number of players.
-Passengers can now jump out of bikes/vehicles
Basically, my favorite thing:
- Radio station playheads are now randomized when starting the game so radio stations don't play the same music in the same order every time.
Either way, the server looks way better now. Thanks Angel.
