I've been getting this problem lately:

Help - Error when browser installs any version Screen10

I've tried many things to fix it, like:

-Reinstalling the browser.
-Running as admin.
-Changed compatibility mode of browser.

But nothing worked. If anyone know how to fix this I'll be grateful.

have you changed this in your browser http://u04.vc-mp.org
and I've even download rel6 am not getting any of this error and if it still not working better download re3 from the forums

Download rel003 and extract it to the VCMP folder.

The updater url is down, must be some moving of servers. Use the old, thijn link temporarily. This will download that.

Told ya the URL server is down

It's not offline, The file gets downloaded but when it's done it shows failed to open archive.
