Guys, today I've bought a new mouse of Dell company 3D  gaming 16000p1 and now I don't know which sensitivity will be better for it can you tell me through /setconfig?

Use it for a while and observe its movement. You should rather expect how much DPI the mouse contains. The higher it's, the smoother it'll move, and if it moves smooth, then there is not too much to modify in the game sensitivity configurations. Recommend for you to determine the suitable game sensitivity. Find a wall and shoot at it in a circular motion. If the circle is not straight in line, lower your sensitivity bit by bit.

Kurmi is right, try using different sensitivities in close combat + distant fight then decide.
